Terms of Service

Welcome to Qorventive LLC (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Business”). These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our tutoring services (“Services”) and apply to all clients (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “the Client”) who engage with us for tutoring. By engaging in tutoring services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Services Provided

Qorventive LLC offers tutoring services in various subjects, including but not limited to math and coding. Sessions will be provided online on a one-on-one basis.

2. Guardian

Qorventive LLC requires that a parent or guardian be present with the student during the entire tutoring session if student is under 18 years of age.

3. Scheduling and Session Duration

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through phone, email, or our online booking system.
The standard duration of a tutoring session is 1 hour.
Any changes to the scheduled session must be communicated as outlined in the Cancellation Policy below.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Make up sessions will not be provided if prior notice is not given.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling.
No-Show Policy: If the Client fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

5. Payment Terms

All tutoring fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include: debit card, credit card.

6. Rates

Our tutoring rates are as listed on Our Services page.
Rates are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to the Client with 30 days’ notice.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all Clients to maintain respectful behavior during tutoring sessions. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared by the Client will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. Any academic records or information regarding the Client’s performance will be used solely for the purpose of providing tutoring services.

9. Liability

We will provide tutoring services to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or results. The Client understands and agrees that their academic success depends on various factors, including but not limited to their own efforts and commitment to the tutoring process.

10. Termination of Services

Both the Client and Business reserve the right to terminate tutoring services at any time, for any reason. In the event of termination, all outstanding fees must be settled before discontinuation of services.

11. Force Majeure

The Business will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients via email or through other appropriate channels, and they will take effect immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
